Head and Neck surgery
My name is Elad, and I am a specialist in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery, with expertise in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of head and neck tumors, thyroid and salivary gland disorders, including minimally invasive endoscopic procedures.
I obtained my medical degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and completed my specialist training in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at Sheba Medical Center, one of the world’s leading hospitals. During my training, I developed a special interest in head and neck oncologic and reconstructive surgery, as well as advanced endoscopic techniques for salivary gland disorders.
To further refine my expertise, I undertook a subspecialty fellowship in oncologic head and neck surgery at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, a world-renowned cancer hospital. There, I specialized in complex tumor resections of the head and neck, as well as advanced surgical procedures for thyroid, salivary gland, oral cavity, and laryngeal tumors.
I have a particular passion for minimally invasive, endoscopic techniques for treating salivary gland disease and am proud to be a faculty member of the International Multidisciplinary Salivary Gland Society being among the few specialists in New Zealand offering this cutting-edge technique.
I believe that exceptional medical care is built on a foundation of clinical excellence, innovation, and a patient-centered approach. My goal is to provide each patient with personalized, high-quality care, combining the latest available surgical advancements with a compassionate and individualized approach.
